The Chef


Arjun Chadha is a seasoned culinary professional with over 13 years of experience in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management across India & Singapore and has been successfully running various businesses in the F&B sector including his dream venture, Culinary Affaire, an exclusive catering & hospitality service since 2010. He has been featured in Vogue Magazine as one of "The Top 10 Caterers in India" besides appearing in The Economic Times, The Indian Express, The Asian Age, The Morning Standard, NDTV Good Times amongst many other publications.

An Alumni of the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Aurangabad followed by a diploma from At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy, Singapore, Arjun gained hands on experience from the finest hospitality chains across the subcontinent like the Taj Group in India (including Taj Lake Palace in Udaipur) and Conrad Centennial in Singapore.

The Baker


Paavanee Jalota Chadha is an alumni of Le Cordon Bleu London and has an experience of almost a decade in the baking industry, serving under the label of Baker Confidential. She is widely known for baking goods that are freshly prepared with high-quality ingredients, a variety of flavours and options that are tremendously appreciated by her clients. Her products range from dessert jars, gooey brownies, cakes, breads to wedding invites, gift hampers and baby announcements to name a few.

Amongst her best-selling items is 'Banoffee Pie' which has been rated No. 1 by So Delhi. She also conducts masterchef classes and has taught over 250+ students. Paavanee married Chef Arjun Chadha in 2015 and together, they've managed to amalgamate the best of their individual culinary skills where savoury meets sweets, making all events memorable with their swoon-worthy offerings. They'd be most happy to cater and bake according to your bespoke needs for any given occasion.
